通过对X60和X80钢级埋弧焊管疲劳裂纹扩展试验的研究,分析了不同钢级及应力比对埋弧焊管裂纹扩展速率的影响,并模拟停输工况对X80级准1219 mm×22.0 mm埋弧焊管的疲劳寿命进行了分析计算。研究结果表明,应力比和钢管材料本身抗裂纹扩展能力对裂纹扩展速率有明显的影响。在单一模拟工况下, X80级准1219 mm×22.0 mm埋弧焊管疲劳寿命为76年,有足够的疲劳寿命安全裕度。

Through study on fatigue crack propagation test of grade X60 and X80 SAW pipe, the influence on the crack propagation rate of different steel grade and stress ratio was analyzed. On the simulated working condition of shutdown, the fatigue life of X80 grade SAW pipe with size of φ1 219 mm ×22.0 mm was calculated. The research results showed that the stress ratio and the crack propagation resistance of the steel pipe material affect crack propagation rate obviously. Under the single simulated conditions, the fatigue life is 76 years for X80 grade pipe with size of φ1 219 mm×22.0 mm, it is with enough safety margin for fatigue life.
