应用酶联免疫吸附法（Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, ELISA）对在2013年间采自西藏的197份黄牛血清进行犬新孢子虫血清学检测。结果检出阳性血清14份，阳性率为7.11%。数据表明，西藏黄牛群中存在犬新孢子虫的感染。该研究旨在摸清西藏黄牛群中犬新孢子虫感染情况，为制定该病的防治措施提供理论依据。

The seroprevalence of Neospora caninum infection in cattle was surveyed in Tibet in 2013. A total of 197 serum samples were collected from Tibet and were tested by Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The results showed that 14(7.11%) of samples were positive for Neospora caninum. The results of the present investigation indicate that Neospora caninum is common in cattle in Tibet. The purpose of this work was to investigate the seroprevalence of Neospora caninum infection in cattle in Tibet, and to provide the theoretical basis for disease control and prevention.
