为了探讨胎次对奶牛产奶性状的影响,对武汉市某规模化奶牛场连续3年的DHI数据进行了整理和统计,研究了胎次对奶牛总奶量、乳成分、体细胞评分、泌乳天数和高峰奶的影响,并分析了各指标之间的相关性。结果表明:胎次对总奶量、乳蛋白率、体细胞评分、泌乳天数和高峰奶具有显著影响(P<0.05)。其中,第2胎时奶牛总奶量和泌乳天数达到峰值;之后随着胎次的增加,体细胞评分不断上升,而总奶量、高峰奶和泌乳天数总体上呈下降趋势。相关性分析结果表明体细胞评分与高峰奶和总奶量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与乳蛋白率和泌乳天数呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与乳脂率无显著相关(P >0.05)。

The objective of this study was to discuss the effects of parity on milk production traits. Based on DHI data collections for 3 years, this study investigated the influence of the parity on the total milk production, milk fat percentage, milk protein percentage, somatic cell score(scs), the days of lactation and the peak milk yield, and analyzed the correlations between different milk production traits. Our results demonstrate that parity affects the total milk production, milk protein percentage, scs, the days of lactation, and the peak milk yield significantly (p< 0.05). Both the total milk production and the days of lactation peak at the second calving cows. With the increasing of parity, the scs increases whereas the total milk production, peak milk yield, and days of lactation reduce at different degrees. The scs is negatively correlated with the total milk production and the peak milk yield (P<0.01), but positively correlated with the milk protein percentage and the days of lactation (P<0.01). There is no significant correlation between the scs and milk fat percentage (P >0.05).
