目的观察药物联合高压氧治疗对病毒性脑炎的疗效.方法回顾性收集104例病毒性脑炎患者的临床资料.根据是否接受过高压氧治疗分为药物联合高压氧治疗组及单纯药物治疗组,比较两组患者的疗效和后遗症的发生率.结果高压氧联合药物治疗组与单纯药物治疗组的有效率分别为96.4％(54/56)和87.5％ (42/48),差异有统计学意义(X2 =8.36,P＜0.05),后遗症的发生率分别为3.4％(2/56)和12.5％(6/48),差异有统计学意义(X2 =5.63,P＜0.05).高压氧联合药物治疗组平均治愈为14.8天,单纯药物治疗组平均治愈时间为22.1天,两组差异有统计学意义(t=1.56,P＜0.05).结论高压氧联合药物治疗病毒性脑炎的效果优于单纯使用药物治疗.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of high pressure oxygen (HPO) treatment combined with drugs to viral encephalitis (VE).Methods A total of 104 patients with VE were enrolled in this study.The clinical data of these patients were collected retrospectively.The participants were divided into two groups according to whether received HPO treatment.The therapeutic effects and the incidence of complications were compared between the combined treatment group and drug only group.Results The treatment efficiencies in combined treatment group and drug only group were 96.4％ (54/56) and 87.5％ (42/48),respectively.There was significant difference between them (P ＜0.05).The incidences of complications were 3.4％ (2/56) and 12.5％ (6/48) in combined treatment group and drug only treatment group,respectively and the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05).There was significant difference in the average healing times of both groups (14.8 days vs.22.1 days,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The therapeutic effects of combined treatment were better than drug only treatment.
