目的：探讨用单次与多次根管治疗方法研究急性牙髓炎的治疗效果对比。方法选择120例急性牙髓炎的患者，随机分两组，分别用一次性和分次性完成根管治疗，比较术后两组关于两种治疗方法的临床疗效。结果两种治疗方法临床效果在短期疼痛和长期疗效观察上无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论急性牙髓炎的一次性根管治疗是一种可行有效的根管治疗方法。
목적：탐토용단차여다차근관치료방법연구급성아수염적치료효과대비。방법선택120례급성아수염적환자，수궤분량조，분별용일차성화분차성완성근관치료，비교술후량조관우량충치료방법적림상료효。결과량충치료방법림상효과재단기동통화장기료효관찰상무현저차이(P>0.05)。결론급성아수염적일차성근관치료시일충가행유효적근관치료방법。
[objective] to explore the treatment of acute pulpitis in one-off root canal therapy and repeatedly, root canal treatment curative effect comparison. [methods] choose 120 cases of acute pulpitis patients, randomly divided into two groups, separately in a one-off and by several times with complete root canal treatment, compared two groups of postoperative pain happened, evaluate the clinical efficacy of two treatment methods. [results] two methods of treatment of clinical effects on short-term pain and long-term curative effect observation there was no significant difference (P > 0.05). [conclusion] acute pulpitis of one-time root canal therapy is a feasible and effective methods of root canal treatment.
