脂肪干细胞(Adipose Derived Stem Cells,ADSC)是从脂肪组织中分离得到的一种具有多向分化潜能的干细胞,能分化成为脂肪细胞、成骨细胞、软骨细胞、肌细胞、神经细胞等多种组织细胞,很多因素参与这一过程的发生发展,现就脂肪干细胞的生物学特性及体外诱导分化的条件及影响因素进行综述。
脂肪榦細胞(Adipose Derived Stem Cells,ADSC)是從脂肪組織中分離得到的一種具有多嚮分化潛能的榦細胞,能分化成為脂肪細胞、成骨細胞、軟骨細胞、肌細胞、神經細胞等多種組織細胞,很多因素參與這一過程的髮生髮展,現就脂肪榦細胞的生物學特性及體外誘導分化的條件及影響因素進行綜述。
지방간세포(Adipose Derived Stem Cells,ADSC)시종지방조직중분리득도적일충구유다향분화잠능적간세포,능분화성위지방세포、성골세포、연골세포、기세포、신경세포등다충조직세포,흔다인소삼여저일과정적발생발전,현취지방간세포적생물학특성급체외유도분화적조건급영향인소진행종술。
Adipose derived stem cells (ADSC), a type of pluripotent stem cells, are isolated from adipose tissue and can be induced into adipose cells, osteoblasts, cartilage cells, muscle cells, nerve cells and so on. Many factors are involved in this process. In this paper, the biological characteristics, the conditions and factors that related to the differentiation of ADSC were reviewed.
