目的利用Meta分析评价益生菌对小年龄儿童湿疹的治疗效果。方法按照系统评价的要求全面检索PubMed、Medline、EMBASE等文献数据库,根据临床和统计标准采用Cochrane协作网提供的Rev-Man 5.2软件进行合并分析。结果共检索到85篇文献,符合纳入标准的有5项临床随机对照研究,共计528例湿疹病例进入Meta分析。纳入分析的5项研究的异质性检验具有临床和统计学上的同质性( P=0.18,I2=36%),用固定效应模型进行Meta分析,结果显示益生菌对小年龄儿童湿疹治疗前后SCORAD指数均数的合并统计值及95%的可信区间为1.71(1.17~2.24),与对照组相比,添加益生菌并不能明显降低湿疹患儿的SCORAD指数。结论益生菌治疗小年龄儿童湿疹无明显疗效。

Objective To conduct a systematic review of whether administration of probiotics is effective to decrease the SCORAD of atopic dermatitis in infants and preschool children .Methods We searched PubMed , Medline,EMBASE from the beginning of databases to 2013.Tow independent researchers evaluated the included studies using Jaded.The meat-analysis was performed by Review Manager 5.2 software.Results 85 literatures were reviewed.A total of 5 clinical trials were incorporated ,which included 528 patients.The results of these five studies were consistent,with no heterogeneity between the different studies (P=0.18,I2 =36%).Thus the studies were analyzed with the fix effects model .Meta-analysis of data from these trials showed that administration of probiotics did not significantly decrease the SCORAD of atopic dermatitis in infants and preschool children ( mean difference 1.71;95%confidence interval 1.17-2.24 ) .Conclusion Administration of probiotics is not effective for the therapy of atopic dermatitis in infants and preschool children .
