目的:探讨积极心理理念下的心理干预对护士满意度的影响。方法于2011年1月~2012年12月对某医院外科65名护士进行积极心理学管理及培训,对接受积极心理学干预前后的护士进行满意度调查。结果运用积极心理学干预后护士的满意度有明显提高,与运用前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施积极心理干预可以提高护士的满意度,提高病房优质护理质量。

목적:탐토적겁심리이념하적심리간예대호사만의도적영향。방법우2011년1월~2012년12월대모의원외과65명호사진행적겁심이학관리급배훈,대접수적겁심이학간예전후적호사진행만의도조사。결과운용적겁심이학간예후호사적만의도유명현제고,여운용전비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론실시적겁심리간예가이제고호사적만의도,제고병방우질호리질량。
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention under positive psychology concept on nurses' satisfaction. Methods The 65 nurses in our hospital received management and training of positive psychology from January 2011 to December 2012. The satisfaction survey was implemented before and after the positive psychology interventions. Results The satisfaction of nurs-ing staff after positive psychology intervention was obviously improved than before carrying out, the difference was statistically signifi-cant (P<0.05). Conclusion Positive psychological intervention can improve the satisfaction of nursing staff and the nursing quality of ward.
