目的观察抗焦虑抑郁药物与兰索拉唑联合治疗非糜烂性反流病的临床疗效，探讨其临床适用性。方法选择102例非糜烂性反流病患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予兰索拉唑口服治疗；治疗组在口服兰索拉唑的基础上，联合氟哌塞顿美利曲辛片抗焦虑抑郁药物治疗。疗程均为4w，观察并比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率。结果治疗组患者治疗后反流、烧心及胸骨后疼痛症状的积分与治疗前相比均减少（P＜0.05），且该组患者的治疗有效率达96.15%，对照组的治疗有效率仅为84.00%，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论非糜烂性反流病与心理因素相关，抗焦虑抑郁药物与兰索拉唑联合治疗效果较好。
목적관찰항초필억욱약물여란색랍서연합치료비미란성반류병적림상료효，탐토기림상괄용성。방법선택102례비미란성반류병환자，수궤분위치료조화대조조。대조조급여란색랍서구복치료；치료조재구복란색랍서적기출상，연합불고새돈미리곡신편항초필억욱약물치료。료정균위4w，관찰병비교량조환자치료후적총유효솔。결과치료조환자치료후반류、소심급흉골후동통증상적적분여치료전상비균감소（P＜0.05），차해조환자적치료유효솔체96.15%，대조조적치료유효솔부위84.00%，량조차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론비미란성반류병여심리인소상관，항초필억욱약물여란색랍서연합치료효과교호。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of anti-anxiety drugs for depression combined with lansoprazole treating non erosive reflux disease, to explore the clinical applicability. Methods 102 cases of non erosive reflux disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group was given lansoprazole oral treatment. In treatment group were given droperi-dol seton melitracen piece antianxiety drugs depression and oral administration of lansoprazole. A course of four weeks, the two groups of patients after treatment the total effective rate were ob-served and compared. Results Credits of reflux, heartburn and chest pain symptoms in patients after treatment were reduced (P<0.05). Treatment efficiency in this group of patients was 96.15%, while the treatment efficiency is only 84.00% in the control group. Two groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Non erosive reflux disease is related to psychological factors. Effect of anti-anxiety drugs combined with lansoprazole is better.
