针对微网中分布式电源波动引起的功率不平衡现象,建立了基于空调、热水器工作特性的微网可控负荷多目标优化模型,在此基础上提出了考虑多个目标的可控负荷优化策略,并采用多目标非支配排序遗传算法-Ⅱ(non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-2,NSGA-2)对其在实际微网中的效果进行了仿真分析。最后在考虑各种随机因素的基础上对优化效果进行了蒙特卡罗抽样,并根据蒙特卡罗模拟结果,对微网内可控负荷的渗透率与可控比在跟踪可再生能源变化方面的贡献进行了灵敏度分析。

In allusion to power imbalance due to the fluctuation of distributed generation in microgrid, based on operating characteristics of air conditioner and water heater a multi-objective optimization model for controllable load in microgrid is established, and on this basis a optimization strategy for controllable load, in which multi-objectives are considered, is proposed. Using non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-2 (NSGA-2) the simulative analysis on the effect of adopting the proposed model in actual microgrid is carried out. Finally, considering various random factors the Monte Carlo sampling is applied to the optimization results and according to the results of Monte Carlo simulation, the sensitivity analysis on the contribution of the installation ratio and controllability ratio of controllable load within microgrid to the tracing of the variation of renewable energy sources is performed.
