文中建立了包含四川220 kV及以上电压等级系统和主要互联省网等值系统的详细机电暂态仿真模型,在 BPA平台对2015年包含“疆电入川”直流的四川电网运行稳定性问题进行了全面计算和分析。通过负荷中心近区发生单重和多重故障时的暂态稳定计算,分析了逆变站单极、双极闭锁对四川电网安全稳定性的影响。进一步研究了枯期留电方式、系统负荷水平和受端系统强度变化情况下“疆电入川”特高压直流双极闭锁时系统安全稳定性。
文中建立瞭包含四川220 kV及以上電壓等級繫統和主要互聯省網等值繫統的詳細機電暫態倣真模型,在 BPA平檯對2015年包含“疆電入川”直流的四川電網運行穩定性問題進行瞭全麵計算和分析。通過負荷中心近區髮生單重和多重故障時的暫態穩定計算,分析瞭逆變站單極、雙極閉鎖對四川電網安全穩定性的影響。進一步研究瞭枯期留電方式、繫統負荷水平和受耑繫統彊度變化情況下“疆電入川”特高壓直流雙極閉鎖時繫統安全穩定性。

A detailed electromagnetic simulation model, in which power systems in voltage grades of 220kV and above in Sichuan province and equivalent provincial power grids interconnected with Sichuan power grid are included, is established, and the overall calculation and analysis on operational stability of Sichuan power grid in 2015, considering the electric power transmitted from Xinjiang power grid to Sichuan power grid, are performed on BPA platform. Through transient stability calculation under single and multiple fault occurred in the region adjacent to load center, the impacts of monopolar and bipolar blocking faults occurred in inverter station on security and stability of Sichuan power grid are analyzed, and the security and stability of Sichuan power grid under following conditions, namely the variation of retained power in Sichuan power grid during the dry season, the variation of system load level and the variation of system strength, are further researched while the bipolar blocking fault occurred in UHVDC power transmission project from Xinjiang power grid to Sichuan power grid.
