笔者对西安市五所健身俱乐部进行调查并对西安市健美操指导员市场需求现状进行分析，结果显示，应加强健美操指导员方面的研究使其朝向科学化和规范化的方向发展，为高校培养健美操专门人才方面提供教学参考及增加学生的就业渠道，对全民健身计划纲要的进一步落实具有重要的理论和现实意义。
