目的探讨髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨头坏死和股骨颈骨折的效果。方法选择老年股骨头坏死和股骨颈骨折患者80例，分为髋关节置换术（观察组）和人工股骨头置换术（对照组）临床效果进行比较。结果两组均无严重并发症发生，观察组总体优良率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论采用髋关节置换术对老年股骨颈骨折和股骨头坏死患者进行治疗，可显著改善预后，确保临床安全，促进患者康复，明显提高生存质量，值得在临床广泛推广应用。
목적탐토관관절치환술치료노년고골두배사화고골경골절적효과。방법선택노년고골두배사화고골경골절환자80례，분위관관절치환술（관찰조）화인공고골두치환술（대조조）림상효과진행비교。결과량조균무엄중병발증발생，관찰조총체우량솔현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론채용관관절치환술대노년고골경골절화고골두배사환자진행치료，가현저개선예후，학보림상안전，촉진환자강복，명현제고생존질량，치득재림상엄범추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the effect of hip replacement in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture and osteonecrosis. Methods 80 elderly patients with femoral head necrosis and osteonecrosis were divided into hip arthroplasty group (observation group) and hemiarthroplasty group(control group)and compared the clinical effect. Results No severe complications occurred in two groups. Rate in the observation group was overall excellent and it was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of the el-derly femoral neck fracture and osteonecrosis in patients with hip replacement, can significantly im-prove the prognosis, to ensure the clinical safety , promote the rehabilitation of patients, improve quality of life. It is worth in clinical application.
