目的探讨绝经后妇女股骨转子间骨折与骨密度(BMD)的关系。方法对股骨转子间骨折的绝经后妇124例(实验组)和健康绝经后妇女106例(对照组)腰椎正侧位和骨盆正位 X 线摄片,并用双能线骨密度测量仪(DEXA)检测腰椎(L2~L4)和对侧(健侧)髋部 BMD 和 T 值。结果骨折组腰椎及髋部 BMD 和 T 值均低于对照组(P<0.01)。BMD 随着年龄的增加,两组逐渐下降。结论绝经后妇女的骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折与股骨颈 BMD 下降相关;随着年龄的增加,骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折的危险性增加;对绝经后妇女应重视髋关节 BMD,并早期干预预防骨质疏松所导致的脆性骨折的发生。

Objective To evaluate the association of intertrochanteric fracture and bone mineral dencity ( BMD) in postmenopausal women. Methods Posterior- anterior and lateral X-ray of lumbar vertebra spine and normotopia X-ray of pelvis was taken in 124 postmenopausal women (experimental group) with intertrochanteric fracture and the other 106 postmenopausal healthy women (control group). BMD and T score at the lumbar spine (L2 ~ L4) and uninjured side hip were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry in both groups. Results BMD and T score of experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.01). BMD was decreased as age increased in both groups. Conclution Intertrochanteric fracture is closely related to lower BMD of the hip. Attention should be paid to both BMD and intertrochanteric fracture in postmenopausal w omen. Early intervention should be applied to prevent the occurrencing of osteoporosis fracture.
