目的对多囊卵巢综合症采用中西医结合的方式进行治疗，探讨和分析其治疗的效果。方法对我院此次收集的74例多囊卵巢综合症患者进行随机分组，分成试验组和对照组，每组分别为37例；对照组：给患者使用西药进行治疗；试验组：在对照组西药治疗基础上，对患者采用中药益气升肝化痰汤进行治疗。结果试验组治疗有效率为97.3%明显高于对照组75.7%，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在临床上，对多囊卵巢综合症采用中西医结合的方式进行治疗，有效地改善患者的症状，提高治疗效果和生活质量，值得在临床上进行推广和应用。
목적대다낭란소종합증채용중서의결합적방식진행치료，탐토화분석기치료적효과。방법대아원차차수집적74례다낭란소종합증환자진행수궤분조，분성시험조화대조조，매조분별위37례；대조조：급환자사용서약진행치료；시험조：재대조조서약치료기출상，대환자채용중약익기승간화담탕진행치료。결과시험조치료유효솔위97.3%명현고우대조조75.7%，차이현저，구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론재림상상，대다낭란소종합증채용중서의결합적방식진행치료，유효지개선환자적증상，제고치료효과화생활질량，치득재림상상진행추엄화응용。
Objective to polycystic ovary syndrome with the method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, to explore the diagnosis and treatment and to analyze its effect. Methods the treated in our hospital 74 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in a randomized, divided into experimental group and the control group, each group of 37 cases respectively; Control group: patients with western medicine treatment; Experimental group: in the control group, western medicine therapy on the basis of the patients using traditional Chinese medicine yiqi liters liver soup treatment. Results treatment effective rate of trial group are significantly higher than the control group 75.7%, 97.3%, significant difference statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion in clinic, the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome treated by combination of Chinese and western, effectively improve the patient's symptoms, improve the treatment effect and quality of life, is worth in clinical promotion and application.
