目的：通过对高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染相关因素的调查,为预防及治疗宫颈疾病提供线索及依据.方法：选取来院就诊的176例配合度较好的女性,进行问卷调查,收集患者宫颈分泌物,采用HC2的方法检测HR-HPV DNA,对宫颈脱落细胞样本进行HPV感染型别鉴定和DNA定量检测；应用SPSS统计软件做单因素2χ及二分类logistic多因素统计学分析.结果：HR-HPV感染率为59.1%.与HR-HPV感染相关因素是年龄,收入状况,初次性生活年龄,性生活频率,性伴数量,妊娠次数,宫内节育器,被动吸烟,饮酒.其中初次性生活年龄、被动吸烟和饮酒是保护因素,其余为危险因素.结论：高危型HPV感染主要与性生活有关.

Objective:To investigate the relative factors of high risk Human Papillomavirus(HR-HPV) Infection ,in order to provide clue and basis for prevation and treat. Methods:Select 176 cases to hospital with the degree of good women, conducted a questionnaire survey to collect patients with cervical secretions, using the the HC2 method of detection of HR-HPV DNA and cervical cell samples for quantitative detection of HPV infection type and DNA;;SPSS statistical software to do multi-factor statistical analysis of single factor and binary logistic Results:In 176 investigated cases, 104 cases were infected with HR-HPV(positive rate was 59.1%). Stata and spss13.0 showed that the relate factors of infection were age, income, age of first sexual activity, frequency of sexual activity, quantity of sexual partner, times of pregnancy, IUD,passive smoking and drinking. In these factors, age of first sexual activity, passive smoking and drinking are protective fectors. Conclusion:The infections of HR-HPV were related with sexual activity.
