基于76家新材料企业的问卷调查数据，运用结构方程模型分析社会环境、经济环境、技术环境、政策环境对新材料产业发展的影响。研究结果表明：（1）社会环境和技术环境对新材料产业发展的影响并不明显；（2）经济环境的改善对新材料产业的发展有积极影响；（3）现阶段政策环境对新材料产业的发展影响有限，尤其财政政策未发挥应有的作用。依据以上研究发现，提出相应的政策建议。
基于76傢新材料企業的問捲調查數據，運用結構方程模型分析社會環境、經濟環境、技術環境、政策環境對新材料產業髮展的影響。研究結果錶明：（1）社會環境和技術環境對新材料產業髮展的影響併不明顯；（2）經濟環境的改善對新材料產業的髮展有積極影響；（3）現階段政策環境對新材料產業的髮展影響有限，尤其財政政策未髮揮應有的作用。依據以上研究髮現，提齣相應的政策建議。
기우76가신재료기업적문권조사수거，운용결구방정모형분석사회배경、경제배경、기술배경、정책배경대신재료산업발전적영향。연구결과표명：（1）사회배경화기술배경대신재료산업발전적영향병불명현；（2）경제배경적개선대신재료산업적발전유적겁영향；（3）현계단정책배경대신재료산업적발전영향유한，우기재정정책미발휘응유적작용。의거이상연구발현，제출상응적정책건의。
Based on questionnaire data from 76 new material enterprises , the paper adopts Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the influence of environment , including society, economy, technique and policy, on China new material industry.The study indicates that:(1) society and technique have no obvious influence on the development of the indus -try;(2) economy has positive influence on the improvement of the industry; (3) policy has limited influence on the de-velopment of the industry , while fiscal policy has ’ t played an active role currently.According to the above study , the au-thor proposes some relative policy suggestions.
