尽管战略执行已受到学术界和企业界的关注，但对此尚缺乏深入系统的研究，从而难以有效指导企业战略的执行，尤其在面临快速出现和消失的机会和威胁的动态环境下，而战略原则作为指导战略行动的准绳和法则在企业战略管理中发挥着重要的作用。设定合理的战略原则不仅简化战略从而促使企业行动协调一致，还可以帮助企业主动筛选信息、超越混沌、抓住稍纵即逝的机会，进而持续创造竞争优势。

Although strategic implementation has been the concern of academics and business , the in-depth study is still lack, making it difficult to effectively guide the implementation of corporate strategy , particularly in the face of rapid ap-pearance and disappearance of the opportunities and threats in a dynamic environment .The strategic principles as the crite-rion and rules to guide strategic actions , play an important role in strategic management .A good strategic principle not on-ly simplifies strategy so as to promote consistency strategic actions , but also helps companies take the initiative to filter in-formation, beyond the chaos to seize fleeting opportunities , and thus create competitive advantage .
