目的：观察中药退翳明目汤对翼状胬肉切除术加角膜缘干细胞移植术后角膜上皮修复和复发率的影响。方法将60例（84眼）翼状胬肉患者随机分为两组，观察组30例（41眼），在翼状胬肉切除加角膜缘干细胞移植术后予以退翳明目汤口服，对照组30例（43眼），仅行翼状胬肉切除加角膜缘干细胞移植术。观察记录两组患者术后角膜上皮修复时间和胬肉复发情况，并对结果进行组间比较。结果观察组角膜创面上皮修复时间平均为4.95 d，对照组为6.02 d，两组差异有显著统计学意义（P＜0.01）；随访12个月，观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论翼状胬肉切除加角膜缘干细胞移植术后配合口服中药退翳明目汤能够缩短角膜上皮愈合时间，减少胬肉复发率。
목적：관찰중약퇴예명목탕대익상노육절제술가각막연간세포이식술후각막상피수복화복발솔적영향。방법장60례（84안）익상노육환자수궤분위량조，관찰조30례（41안），재익상노육절제가각막연간세포이식술후여이퇴예명목탕구복，대조조30례（43안），부행익상노육절제가각막연간세포이식술。관찰기록량조환자술후각막상피수복시간화노육복발정황，병대결과진행조간비교。결과관찰조각막창면상피수복시간평균위4.95 d，대조조위6.02 d，량조차이유현저통계학의의（P＜0.01）；수방12개월，관찰조복발솔저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론익상노육절제가각막연간세포이식술후배합구복중약퇴예명목탕능구축단각막상피유합시간，감소노육복발솔。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of tradition chinese medicine Tui-yi Ming-mu decoction on corneal epithelial recovering and recurrent rate of patients who were applied to excision of pterygium combined with keratolimbal stemcells transplantation. METHODS:60 cases (84 eyes) w ere randomly divided into tw o groups.Treatment group,30 cases (41 eyes):treated by Tui-yi Ming-mu decoction after excision of pterygium combined w ith keratolimbal stemcells transplantation. Control group,30 cases (43 eyes):only implementation of excision of pterygium combined with keratolimbal stemcells transplantation. Recovering time of corneal epithe-lial and recurrence rate of pterygium were observed and compared. RESULTS:The average recov-ering time of corneal epithelial of treatment group was 4.95 days, how ever, control group was 6.02 days. The difference of recovering time of corneal epithelial between the two groups was sta-tistically significant (P <0.01). After 12 months, recurrence rate of treatment group was lower than control group, the difference of recurrence rate was statistically significant (P <0.05).CO N-CLU SION:Treated by Tui-yi Ming-mu decoction after excision of pterygium combined with kera-tolimbal stemcells transplantation, can significantly improve recovering time of corneal epithelial and decrease the rate of recurrence .
