为探寻某复合增程弹弹体断裂原因并给出相应的解决措施,对弹体残骸和发射火炮进行了详细检测,建立了弹丸在正常受力和非正常受力情况下弹体所承受剪切应力的计算方法,并作了相应计算,从而确定了弹体发生断裂的原因。与此同时,提出了相应的改进措施,并进行了试验验证。结果表明,弹体发生断裂是弹体结构本身以及火炮环境等多方面因素作用的结果,通过优化弹丸结构可以实现满足发射强度要求。研究结果可为相类似弹丸的设计提供参考。
為探尋某複閤增程彈彈體斷裂原因併給齣相應的解決措施,對彈體殘骸和髮射火砲進行瞭詳細檢測,建立瞭彈汍在正常受力和非正常受力情況下彈體所承受剪切應力的計算方法,併作瞭相應計算,從而確定瞭彈體髮生斷裂的原因。與此同時,提齣瞭相應的改進措施,併進行瞭試驗驗證。結果錶明,彈體髮生斷裂是彈體結構本身以及火砲環境等多方麵因素作用的結果,通過優化彈汍結構可以實現滿足髮射彊度要求。研究結果可為相類似彈汍的設計提供參攷。

In order to seek the cause diagnosis and countermeasure of fracture about a certain compound extended range projectile body,the projectile body debris and launching artillery are detected in detail. The calculation method of shear stress of projectile body under the normal and abnormal condition is established. By the way,the shear stress of projectile body sealing groove is calculated,so the reasons of projectile body fracture are determined. Meanwhile,the improvement measures are put forward and the experimental verification is carried out. The research revealed that the projectile body fracture caused by multiple factors,such as the projectile body structure and the artillery environment etc,and the launching strength can be satisfied by optimizing the structure of projectile. The result can be a reference of the design of the similar projectiles.
