基于惠州市590名企业员工的问卷调查数据,利用有序Probit模型实证检验了企业人力资源管理对员工工作幸福感的影响。结果显示:男性的工作幸福感强于女性,管理与操作岗位的员工工作幸福感相对科研与营销岗位的员工更强;员工工作年限、工作环境、团队精神、组织目标、个人职业发展以及薪酬福利满意度与工作幸福感呈显著正相关,而员工文化程度以及对晋升渠道和机制的满意度与工作幸福感表现出了显著的负面影响。

Based on the data from the questionnaires survey of 590 enterprise staffs of Huizhou , the article empirically tests the impact of human resources management on staffs ’ job well-being by using ordered prohibit model.The results show that male’ s job well-being is stronger than female , and the well-being of staffs from management and operation depart-ment is stronger than that of staffs form scientific research and marketing department.Staffs’ working years, working envi-ronment , team spirit, organizational goals , individual career development and salary satisfaction are statistically correlated positively with job well -being, while staffs’ education degree and satisfaction with the channel and the mechanism of be-ing promoted are statistically correlated negatively with job well -bing.
