With China's economic transformation and upgrading , machine manufacturing and parts industry as a support of manufacturing industry have gained the attention of private equity investments.Based on the data from CVSource , the study analyzes and calculates the structural characteristics of equity investments which have invested the machine manufacturing and parts industry in 2011 and 2012.At the same time, the study analyzes the support given by the private equity invest-ments to the invested enterprises.
