The vacuum cylinder mould former was embodied with characteristics of simple and compact structure, high operational speed, low power consumption, wide range of basis weight, better quality of finished products, which was largely applied to tissue paper machines. Among all the parts of the vacuum cylinder mould former, headbox has always been a key part, the designing and manufacturing quality of which are highly related with the quality of ifnished paper. In this article was introduced the structure and design of the headbox for vacuum cylinder mould tissue paper machines.
