目的：观察中西医结合治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法：将60例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组，30例/组，对照组采用复方骨肽注射液静滴，口服荼普生缓释胶囊，关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠，治疗组在对照组的基础上给予独活寄生汤加减口服及外用本院协定处方通痹方熨烫膝关节。结果：治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效理想。
목적：관찰중서의결합치료슬골성관절염적료효。방법：장60례슬골성관절염환자수궤분위량조，30례/조，대조조채용복방골태주사액정적，구복도보생완석효낭，관절강내주사파리산납，치료조재대조조적기출상급여독활기생탕가감구복급외용본원협정처방통비방의탕슬관절。결과：치료조료효명현우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：중서의결합치료슬골성관절염료효이상。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of the integrative medicine on treating knee osteoarthritis.
