目的：如何预防造影剂的外渗和造影剂外渗的处理；以减轻患者的痛苦，提高CT增强的成功率，同时也提高CT诊断的准确率。方法：正确的选择和评估血管，分析30例CT增强造影剂外渗的处理。结果：减少造影剂的外渗应该以预防为主，发生外渗的30例患者，25例轻度的患者经处理后1天内痊愈。5例严重的外渗经处理均在3天内痊愈。结论：减少造影剂的外渗应该以预防为主。CT 增强检查造影剂外渗患者采取正确的处理可减轻患者的痛苦。
목적：여하예방조영제적외삼화조영제외삼적처리；이감경환자적통고，제고CT증강적성공솔，동시야제고CT진단적준학솔。방법：정학적선택화평고혈관，분석30례CT증강조영제외삼적처리。결과：감소조영제적외삼응해이예방위주，발생외삼적30례환자，25례경도적환자경처리후1천내전유。5례엄중적외삼경처리균재3천내전유。결론：감소조영제적외삼응해이예방위주。CT 증강검사조영제외삼환자채취정학적처리가감경환자적통고。

The contrast agent extravasation were examined by CT enhancement to the correct treatment can reduce the pain of the patients.
