目的：了解虹口区凉城新村街道外来儿童系统保健管理现状，为外来儿童全覆盖管理提供依据。方法：资料来自凉城新村街道社区卫生服务中心儿保门诊2003-2012年0~6岁儿童保健的各项登记表册，对管理人数、系统管理数、体格检查、母乳喂养、营养性疾病发生等情况进行综合分析。结果：2012年外来儿童保健建卡率为98.8%，系统管理率为95.6%，比2003年建卡率48.1%，系统管理率38.7%显著上升，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01），母乳喂养率保持在90%以上，营养性疾病的发生率显著下降。结论：本社区外来儿童系统保健管理取得一定效果。

목적：료해홍구구량성신촌가도외래인동계통보건관리현상，위외래인동전복개관리제공의거。방법：자료래자량성신촌가도사구위생복무중심인보문진2003-2012년0~6세인동보건적각항등기표책，대관리인수、계통관리수、체격검사、모유위양、영양성질병발생등정황진행종합분석。결과：2012년외래인동보건건잡솔위98.8%，계통관리솔위95.6%，비2003년건잡솔48.1%，계통관리솔38.7%현저상승，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.01），모유위양솔보지재90%이상，영양성질병적발생솔현저하강。결론：본사구외래인동계통보건관리취득일정효과。
Objective:To offer theory supporting for full coverage of migrant child health care by studying the current status of systematic health care management for migrant children in Liangcheng Xinchun community in Hongkou district. Methods:By studying the ifles of Shanghai 0-6 years old child health care cards from year 2003-2012 in Liangcheng Xinchun community, the number of children under management, number of systematic management cards, health examination, breast feeding, and the occurrence of nutritional diseases were comprehensively analyzed. Results:The rate of establishing the health care management cards was 98.8%in the year of 2012, and the rate of systematic health care management was 95.6%, whose difference had statistical signiifcance compared with those in 2003 (P<0.01). The rate of breast feeding for less than 6 months kept above 90%, and the rate of occurrence of nutritional diseases declined signiifcantly. Conclusion:The systematic management of migrant child health care in community has made some achievements.
