目的：观察骨盆牵引联合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：治疗组70例采用骨盆牵引配合中药自拟方煮水热熏，对照组35例采用单纯骨盆牵引，观察两组的疗效。结果：治疗组：痊愈21例，显效38例，好转8例，无效3例。总有效率为95.7%。对照组：痊愈2例，显效8例，好转16例，无效9例。总有效率为74.3%。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：腰椎间盘突出症采用中医药综合治疗效果更好。

목적：관찰골분견인연합중약훈증치료요추간반돌출증적료효。방법：치료조70례채용골분견인배합중약자의방자수열훈，대조조35례채용단순골분견인，관찰량조적료효。결과：치료조：전유21례，현효38례，호전8례，무효3례。총유효솔위95.7%。대조조：전유2례，현효8례，호전16례，무효9례。총유효솔위74.3%。량조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：요추간반돌출증채용중의약종합치료효과경호。
Objective:To observe the effect of treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc (PLID) with pelvic traction combined with Chinese medicine fumigation. Methods:The treatment group of 70 cases was treated with pelvic traction combined with Chinese medicine fumigation whose prescription was self-made. The control group of 35 cases was treated simply with pelvic traction. Results:In the treatment group, 21 cases were cured, 38 cases showed considerable effect, 8 cases were improved and 3 cases were inefficacy. The total effective rate was 95.7%. In the control group, 2 cases were cured, 8 cases showed considerable effect, 16 cases were improved, and 9 cases were inefifcacy. The total effective rate was 74.3%. The difference of two groups had statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusion:It has better effect that PLID is treated with combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
