In this paper, CAD and CAE software were applied to the model construction and modal analysis of the sample fixtures used in the multi-sample mechanical-environmental test. Then the connective boundary effect analysis and practical modal testing were carried out to determine the critical factors accounting for simulation precision of the vibration experiments. The current sample fixture was optimized and improved accordingly, and application of the new design was demonstrated.
