对于各向支承刚度不同的转子系统,采用传统单向传感器测量方法平衡效果难以令人满意。本文通过融合双传感器的振动信息,提出了一种采用双向均方根与均值相结合的动平衡改进方法,该方法用近似振动最大值和初相角作为不平衡响应。实验表明,相比于传统方法,改进方法采集的振动信号精确,平衡效果更为理想。

When a rotor-system has anisotropic stiffness structure,conventional measurement based on single direction sensor will be influenced by many factors which cannot ensure the good results of dynamic balancing process. A new improved dynamic balancing method was proposed in this paper. It merged mean filtering algorithm with root mean square algorithm to deal with the data which collect by two mutually perpendicular sensors. Approximation of maximum vibration and phase of the former were introduced as unbalance response. The experiment result shows that the new method can acquire more accuracy vibration information and it is more effective than the conventional one.
