以中药材红芪为试验材料,研究了有机栽培和无机栽培2种栽培模式下,不同水平施肥量对红芪产量和品质的影响.结果表明:施肥量为15 t/hm2时,无机栽培模式下的红芪产量达到最大值,为371.1 kg/hm2,显著高于不施肥水平7.66%;有机和无机栽培模式下的红芪的含水率分别高于不施肥处理6.12%、2.81%;无机栽培模式下的红芪总灰分高于不施肥处理8.84%;在施肥量达到22.5 t/hm2时,有机栽培模式和无机栽培模式红芪多糖含量高于不施肥处理11.77%和7.58%.

The effects of different fertilization treatments were studied on yield and quality of Hedysari under two cultivation modes of organic cultivation and inorganic cultivation.The results showed that the yield of inorganic cultivation reached the maximum when fertilization treatments of 15 t/hm2 ,which was distinctly higher than the treatment of no fertilization treatments 7.66%.Moisture contents in organic and inorganic cultivation modes were 6.12% and 2.81% higher than the no fertilizer.The content of total ash in inorganic cultivation mode were 8.84% higher than the no fertilizer.The contents of HPS in organic and inorganic cultivation modes were 1 1.77% and 7.58% higher than the level of no fertilizer when the fertiliz-er level reached 22.5 t/hm2 .
