随着装备设计及工艺水平的不断提高,在定时截尾可靠性试验中,出现零个责任故障的概率越来越高,相关学者对这种情况进行了很多研究,给出了很多方法,这些方法理论性较强,侧重于数学推导和理论证明,工程应用较难,本文依据GJB 899A可靠性定时截尾试验设计方法,介绍了无故障情况下MTBF验证值的确定方法,并进行了举例验证,该方法计算简单,具备很强的操作性和工程应用价值。

With the advancement of design and manufacturing technology of the equipment, the probabil-ity of zero-failure is increased in the reliability time truncated qualification test. Some Statisti-cians have addressed this issue, and provided many methods. However, these methods are hardly applied because they focus on the mathematical derivation and the theoretical demonstration on zero-failure. A new method presented in this paper was used to derive a proof value of MTBF according to the project of time truncated qualification test in GJB899A.The method is easily operated and practicable.
