This paper introduces the main features of gad sensor and makes a comparison of the merits and demerits of different kind of hydrazine gas sensors. Through the stability and gas selection test, a kind of sensor which meets the special requirements of the storage house for a particular propellent was selected, as the front end sensing element for the gas concentration monitoring system for storage house.
