水泵振动问题影响着人们的生活环境,颗粒阻尼减振技术作为被动控制新技术正引起人们越来越多的关注。本文采用稳态能量流法进行颗粒阻尼减振实验,深入研究了颗粒阻尼减振机理,通过实验分析了颗粒阻尼大小、填充率、分隔方式、质量比、分布方式对阻尼减振效果的影响。实验证明:颗粒越小减振效果越好,阻尼减振效果随着填充率的增大出现先增大后减小的趋势,不同分隔方式颗粒阻尼减振效果不同,颗粒的分布不同对水泵系统的稳定性也有影响。

Pump vibration problem affects people’s living environment, so the new passive control particle damping vibration isolation technology is attracting more and more attention. The related formula of loss factor was got by the steady-state flow method, and particle damping vibration reduction mechanism were deeply studied. Through the experiments, it analyzes the effects of particle size of damping, filling rate, separation methods, mass ratio, and distribution mode on damping vibration attenuation. The experimental results show that the smaller the particle damping, the better the damping effect; the effect of damping appears the trend of first increases and then decreases along with the increase of filling rate; different methods of separating results in different damping effect;and the distribution of particles has effect on the stability of water pump system.
