目的:研究通辽地区蒙古族患者血胆红素、尿酸、血脂与冠心病发病及病变程度关系。方法入选患者均行冠状动脉造影检查,根据冠状动脉造影。结果分为对照组(41组)、冠心病组(159例),冠心病组分为单支病变组、双支病变组、多支病变组。检测各组血胆红素、尿酸、血脂,进行对比分析。结论冠心病组胆红素各项指标与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);冠心病组胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);血尿酸、高密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯在两组间差异不显著。结论通辽地区蒙古族患者胆红素降低、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白升高与冠心病发病密切相关。

목적:연구통료지구몽고족환자혈담홍소、뇨산、혈지여관심병발병급병변정도관계。방법입선환자균행관상동맥조영검사,근거관상동맥조영。결과분위대조조(41조)、관심병조(159례),관심병조분위단지병변조、쌍지병변조、다지병변조。검측각조혈담홍소、뇨산、혈지,진행대비분석。결론관심병조담홍소각항지표여대조조상비차이현저(P<0.05);관심병조담고순、저밀도지단백여대조조상비차이현저(P<0.05);혈뇨산、고밀도지단백、감유삼지재량조간차이불현저。결론통료지구몽고족환자담홍소강저、담고순、저밀도지단백승고여관심병발병밀절상관。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between Bilirubin,Lipids,Uric Acid Levels and Coronary Heart Disease of Mongolian in TongLiao area.Methods:According to results of coronary angiography,atotal of 159 patients with coronary disese were enrol ed as CHD group,and another 41 non-CHD subjects were regard as control group.CHD group was further divided into single-vessel coronary disease group,double-vessel coronary disease group and three-vessel coronary disease group.Levels of Bilirubin,Lipids,Uric Acid were measured in al groups. Results:Compared with control group,there was significant decrease in levels of total bilirubin, direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin. Compared with control group,there was significant increase in levels of total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol.There was no significant difference in Serum uric acid, high density lipoprotein and triglycerides in al groups.Conclusion:Decreased level of serum bilirubin and increased level of total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol are Closely associated with coronary heart disease in Mongolian of TongLiao area.
