目的观察尼古丁对大鼠椎间盘内细胞因子白细胞介素（IL）-1β、IL-1受体（IL-1R Ⅰ）表达的意义。方法两个被动吸烟箱各放30只 S-D 大鼠，分别以不同的吸烟量持续被动吸烟制作动物模型，于第2、4、8周处死大鼠，以免疫组化观察 IL-1β、IL-1R Ⅰ的表达情况，以不吸烟组为对照组。结果低吸烟量组 IL-1β、IL-1R Ⅰ免疫组化阳性细胞率持续上升，在第8周分别达到（52．00±3．91）％、（31．00±2．29）％；同样，高吸烟组分别达到（76．00±3．24）％、（46．00±2．79）％，明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）。结论持续被动吸烟的情况下，大鼠椎间盘内 IL-1β、IL-1R Ⅰ的表达与吸烟的时间和量呈正相关性，IL-1β、IL-1R Ⅰ表达的异常升高可能与大鼠椎间盘退变有关。
목적관찰니고정대대서추간반내세포인자백세포개소（IL）-1β、IL-1수체（IL-1R Ⅰ）표체적의의。방법량개피동흡연상각방30지 S-D 대서，분별이불동적흡연량지속피동흡연제작동물모형，우제2、4、8주처사대서，이면역조화관찰 IL-1β、IL-1R Ⅰ적표체정황，이불흡연조위대조조。결과저흡연량조 IL-1β、IL-1R Ⅰ면역조화양성세포솔지속상승，재제8주분별체도（52．00±3．91）％、（31．00±2．29）％；동양，고흡연조분별체도（76．00±3．24）％、（46．00±2．79）％，명현고우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0．01）。결론지속피동흡연적정황하，대서추간반내 IL-1β、IL-1R Ⅰ적표체여흡연적시간화량정정상관성，IL-1β、IL-1R Ⅰ표체적이상승고가능여대서추간반퇴변유관。
Objective To investigate the influencing of nicotine on the expression of interleukin (IL)1 β (IL-1β) and IL-1 receptor Ⅰ (IL-1R Ⅰ ) in intervertebral discs of rats .Methods Cigarette-smoking rats models with tow different quantity of cigarettes were established and the expression levels of IL -1β and IL-1R Ⅰ were detected on the 2 ,4 and 8 weeks after model construction ,and the results were compared with non-smoking rats .Results The posi-tive rates of IL-1β and IL-1R Ⅰ were (76 .00 ± 3 .24)% and (46 .00 ± 2 .79)% in high cigarettes quantity cigarettes group ,and those were (52 .00 ± 3 .91)% and (31 .00 ± 2 .29)% respectively in low cigarettes quantity group after 8 weeks of passive smoking , both of which were significantly higher than non-smoking group ( P < 0 .01 ) . Conclusion Passive-smoking could inducing the expression of IL-1βand IL-1R Ⅰ in intervertebral discs of rats , which might be related with time of smoking and quantity of cigarettes .The high expression of IL-1βand IL-1R Ⅰcould be related with the degeneration of intervertebral disc in rats .
