目的探讨血清α1-抗胰蛋白酶（AAT ）浓度的参考范围及其与性别、年龄之间的关系。方法收集健康体检者血清，在西门子 BN-prospec 全自动特定蛋白分析仪上运用免疫散射比浊法测定人血清 AAT 含量，并分析其与性别、年龄的关系。结果本试验测定仪器的精密度批内、批间变异度分别为1．99％、4．46％；准确度用回收率表示为95．1％；518例健康受检者血清 AAT 总体浓度为（1．205±0．157）g/L ，男、女组分别为（1．214±0．190） g/L 和（1．199±0．129）g/L ，18～30岁组为（1．204±0．137）g/L 、31～50岁组为（1．189±0．147）g/L 、＞50岁组为（1．256±0．207）g/L 。结论 AAT 浓度水平与性别间无关，与年龄有关；泉州地区健康人群参考范围为0．89～1．51 g/L 。

Objective To explore the reference range of serumα1-antitrypsin (AAT ) and its correlation with age and gender .Methods Serum samples of 518 cases of healthy subjects were measured for AAT level by using Sie-mens BN-prospec automatic specific protein analyzer with nephelometry immunoassay ,and its correlation with age and gender were analyzed .Results The within-batch and between-batch coefficient of variability were respectively 1 .99% and 4 .46% ,and the recovery rate was 95 .1% .The total average level and those in male and female were (1 .205 ± 0 .157) ,(1 .214 ± 0 .190) and (1 .199 ± 0 .129)g/L .Levels in subjects of 18 to 30 years old ,30 to 50 years old and more than 50 years old were respectively (1 .204 ± 0 .137) ,(1 .189 ± 0 .147) and (1 .256 ± 0 .207) g/L .Con-clusion Serum AAT level might be correlated with age ,with without correlation with gender .The reference rage of serum AAT could be 0 .89 - 1 .51 g/L in Quanzhou region .
