目的探讨血清胱抑素 C（Cys C）和尿微量清蛋白（mAlb）检测与中毒程度及肾脏早期损伤的关系。方法收集2010年1月至2012年12月在莆田市第一医院收治急性有机磷农药中毒（AOPP）患者159例，按中毒程度分为轻度组60例、中度组53例、重度组46例，选择同期来院体检的健康志愿者50例为健康对照组，监测入院时，治疗1、3、5 d 的血清 Cys C 和 mAlb 指标。结果3个 AOPP 组血清 Cys C 和尿 mAlb 在入院时已显著高于健康对照组，治疗后1 d 3个组别的血清 Cys C 和尿 mAlb 达到高峰，后逐渐下降，治疗5 d 时，各组的血清 Cys C 和尿mAlb 水平已明显下降。结论血清 Cys C 和尿 mAlb 有良好一致性，联合检测对监测早期肾功能损害具有明显的临床意义。
목적탐토혈청광억소 C（Cys C）화뇨미량청단백（mAlb）검측여중독정도급신장조기손상적관계。방법수집2010년1월지2012년12월재보전시제일의원수치급성유궤린농약중독（AOPP）환자159례，안중독정도분위경도조60례、중도조53례、중도조46례，선택동기래원체검적건강지원자50례위건강대조조，감측입원시，치료1、3、5 d 적혈청 Cys C 화 mAlb 지표。결과3개 AOPP 조혈청 Cys C 화뇨 mAlb 재입원시이현저고우건강대조조，치료후1 d 3개조별적혈청 Cys C 화뇨 mAlb 체도고봉，후축점하강，치료5 d 시，각조적혈청 Cys C 화뇨mAlb 수평이명현하강。결론혈청 Cys C 화뇨 mAlb 유량호일치성，연합검측대감측조기신공능손해구유명현적림상의의。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum Cystatin C (Cys C) and urine microalbumin (UmAlb) in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide (AOPP) .Methods A total of 159 cases of AOPP pa-tients were divided into mild group for 60 cases ,moderate group for 53 cases and severe group for 46 cases and detec-ted for serum Cys C and UmAlb levels 1 ,3 and 5 days after admission .50 healthy subjects were enroll as control group .Results Serum Cys C and UmAlb levels in patient groups at admission were significantly higher than control group .Oen day after treatment ,serum Cys C and UmAlb levels in patient groups reached peak value ,which then were decreased .Five days after treatment ,serum Cys C and UmAlb levels in patient group decreased significantly .Conclu-sion Serum Cys C and UmAlb might be with fine consistency ,combined detection of which could be with obvious clinical significance for monitoring early impairment of renal function .
