目的探讨小鼠受到辐射后,重组人骨形成蛋白成熟肽-4(rhBMP-4m)对辐射引起的骨髓造血损伤的修复作用。方法通过60 Coγ射线照射,建立小鼠骨髓造血损伤模型,经 rhBMP-4m 连续治疗后,抽血检测小鼠外周血白细胞数,并进行骨髓单个核细胞计数,对脾结节进行计数并通过流式细胞仪检测骨髓单个核细胞中 CD34+细胞比例,比较辐射组和实验组之间的差别。结果经 rhBMP-4m 治疗的小鼠,白细胞数、单个核细胞数、脾结节数和 CD34+细胞比例均明显高于辐射组(P<0.05)。结论对于辐射引起的小鼠骨髓造血损伤,rhBMP-4m 能够加快骨髓造血系统的重建。

목적탐토소서수도복사후,중조인골형성단백성숙태-4(rhBMP-4m)대복사인기적골수조혈손상적수복작용。방법통과60 Coγ사선조사,건립소서골수조혈손상모형,경 rhBMP-4m 련속치료후,추혈검측소서외주혈백세포수,병진행골수단개핵세포계수,대비결절진행계수병통과류식세포의검측골수단개핵세포중 CD34+세포비례,비교복사조화실험조지간적차별。결과경 rhBMP-4m 치료적소서,백세포수、단개핵세포수、비결절수화 CD34+세포비례균명현고우복사조(P<0.05)。결론대우복사인기적소서골수조혈손상,rhBMP-4m 능구가쾌골수조혈계통적중건。
Objective To explore the restoring effect of recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-4m (rhBMP-4m) on bone marrow hematopoietic injury induced by irradiation in mice .Methods Animal models of bone marrow hematopoietic injury were established by radiating with 60 Coγ-ray .After continuous treatment with rhBMP-4m ,the number of white blood cells (WBC) in peripheral blood ,and total and CD34 + mononuclear cells in bone mar-row were detected .Results The number of WBC ,mononuclear cells and the proportion of CD34 + cells in experiment group were higher than radiation group (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion rhBMP-4m could accelerate the restoring process of hematopoietic function in mice with bone marrow hematopoietic injury induced by irradiation .
