实践教学在化工类创新和应用型人才的培养过程中起着十分重要的作用。以生产实习和毕业论文两个实践教学环节为平台,提出了结合生产实习强化工程实践能力、结合毕业论文研究内容加强最新专业理论知识的学习以及结合毕业论文的研究过程培养创新性能力等方式,对基于实践教学化工类创新和应用型人才的培养模式进行了初步探讨。
實踐教學在化工類創新和應用型人纔的培養過程中起著十分重要的作用。以生產實習和畢業論文兩箇實踐教學環節為平檯,提齣瞭結閤生產實習彊化工程實踐能力、結閤畢業論文研究內容加彊最新專業理論知識的學習以及結閤畢業論文的研究過程培養創新性能力等方式,對基于實踐教學化工類創新和應用型人纔的培養模式進行瞭初步探討。

Practice teaching played an important role on cultivation of innovated and applied talent in chemical engineering and technology.The engineer practice ability can be improved during productive practice.The specialized theory up to date can be obtained and innovation ability can be enhanced during carrying out the graduation thesis .The patterns for cultivation of innovated and applied talent in chemical engineering and technology through practice teaching were discussed.
