以固体超强酸树脂为催化剂合成了邻苯二甲酸二甲酯,分别对醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间进行单因素和正交试验,并通过极差和方差分析对酯化过程中显著影响酯化率的因素进行统计分析。结果表明最佳的合成工艺条件为:醇酸摩尔比4.5、催化剂用量2.5%、反应温度115℃、反应时间160min,在此工艺条件下酯化率可达99.5%。该催化剂具有良好的耐磨性,可重复使用。
以固體超彊痠樹脂為催化劑閤成瞭鄰苯二甲痠二甲酯,分彆對醇痠摩爾比、催化劑用量、反應溫度、反應時間進行單因素和正交試驗,併通過極差和方差分析對酯化過程中顯著影響酯化率的因素進行統計分析。結果錶明最佳的閤成工藝條件為:醇痠摩爾比4.5、催化劑用量2.5%、反應溫度115℃、反應時間160min,在此工藝條件下酯化率可達99.5%。該催化劑具有良好的耐磨性,可重複使用。

The dimethyl phthalate was synthesized which catalyzed by solid super acid resin. The effects of radio of alcohol to acid, catalyst dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time on esterification yield were investigated by single factor test and orthogonal array design methods. And the notability difference was analyzed by statistic method of range and variance. Results showed that the optimal conditions were as followed:the ratio of alcohol to acid was 4.5,the catalyst dosage was 2.5%, the reaction temperature was 115℃and the reaction time was 160min. Under the optimal conditions, the esterification yield was reached up to 99.5%. The wear resistance of catalyst was excellent and could be reused.
