为了解决普通锂电池充电器可能造成过充、欠充及充电速度较慢的问题,利用单片机STC12C5A60S2,以电压型PWM控制器KA7500 B为核心,设计一种BUCK型智能锂电池充电器,该系统分阶段以恒流或恒压的充电方式对锂电池充电,具有过流、过压保护。实验结果表明,该智能充电器可快速、高效及可靠的对锂电池充电,比普通锂电池充电器充电速度提高约一小时左右。
為瞭解決普通鋰電池充電器可能造成過充、欠充及充電速度較慢的問題,利用單片機STC12C5A60S2,以電壓型PWM控製器KA7500 B為覈心,設計一種BUCK型智能鋰電池充電器,該繫統分階段以恆流或恆壓的充電方式對鋰電池充電,具有過流、過壓保護。實驗結果錶明,該智能充電器可快速、高效及可靠的對鋰電池充電,比普通鋰電池充電器充電速度提高約一小時左右。
위료해결보통리전지충전기가능조성과충、흠충급충전속도교만적문제,이용단편궤STC12C5A60S2,이전압형PWM공제기KA7500 B위핵심,설계일충BUCK형지능리전지충전기,해계통분계단이항류혹항압적충전방식대리전지충전,구유과류、과압보호。실험결과표명,해지능충전기가쾌속、고효급가고적대리전지충전,비보통리전지충전기충전속도제고약일소시좌우。
In order to solve the problem that ordinary lithium battery charger may cause over-charge,under-charge and charging speed,using single-chip STC12C5A60S2,a BUCK type smart lithium battery charger is designed based on PWM controller KA7500 B.The system of charging mode with constant current and con-stant voltage stage for rechargeable lithium batteries has over-current and over-voltage protection.The ex-perimental results show that the smart charger can be fast,efficient and reliable for rechargeable lithium batter-ies.The design is about one hour faster than ordinary charger.
