自我导向学习作为当代成人学习的新理念与新方式，既是传统成人学习行为的庚继，更是现代成人教育方式的创新。在庚继与创新之间，不仅激活了中国传统文化关于学会学习认识的记忆，在很大程度上，将对我国学习型社会建设产生重大影响。从当代成人自我导向学习的社会蕴义、要素设计、推进策略切入，探讨其推广与普及的时代性、实用性、趋向性，进而为其在构建学习型社会过程中发挥应有作用提供理论借鉴与实践思考。

As a new concept and new form,Self-directed Learning is not only inheriting of traditional learning style,but also innovation of modern way.To a great extent,it will have a great effect on the construction of learning society . To provide theoretical reference and the thinking of practice,the thesis try to discuss the times , practical-ity, trendency of this mode and value bases on the social implications,factors,promoting strategies.
