We summarized the observation and nursing of 89 cases with atypical placental abruption.The key points of nursing of atypical placental abruption are to enhance the vigilance of atypical placental abruption,strengthen the observation and disease inducement in order to improve the rate of early diagnosis of atypical placental abruption.In the postpartum,strengthening the observation and nursing of complications can reduce maternal and infant mortality. Nursing staff should improve the knowledge of atypical placental abruption,carefully observe the condition changes,provide a advantageous basis for early diagnosis,and avoid the occurrence of complications.
