目的：分析探讨人性化护理在妇产科临床中的应用效果。方法：2012年2月-2013年6月收治妇产科患者80例，随机分为两组，试验组给予人性化护理，对照组给予常规护理。将两组患者的临床护理效果进行分析。结果：试验组临床护理效果以及焦虑程度明显优于对照组，且患者对医护人员的满意度也明显高于对照组。两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。讨论：在妇产科采用人性化护理能够促进患者早日康复，提高患者对医护人员的工作满意度。

목적：분석탐토인성화호리재부산과림상중적응용효과。방법：2012년2월-2013년6월수치부산과환자80례，수궤분위량조，시험조급여인성화호리，대조조급여상규호리。장량조환자적림상호리효과진행분석。결과：시험조림상호리효과이급초필정도명현우우대조조，차환자대의호인원적만의도야명현고우대조조。량조비교차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。토론：재부산과채용인성화호리능구촉진환자조일강복，제고환자대의호인원적공작만의도。
Objective:To analyze and discuss the application effect of humanistic nursing in the obstetrics and gynecology clinical nursing.Methods:80 cases of obstetrics and gynecology were selected from February 2012 to June 2013.They were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group were given the humanistic nursing.The control group were given routine nursing. The clinical effects of two groups were analyzed.Results:The clinical nursing effect and the degree of anxiety of patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group.The patients' satisfaction with medical staff of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The humanistic nursing can promote patients recover at an early date,and improve the patients' satisfaction with medical staff work.
