目的：探讨机械通气患者的气道管理及护理措施，预防呼吸机相关并发症的发生，提高生存质量。方法：对59例行机械通气患者的气道进行规范的管理与监护，做好病情监测，保持气道通畅，预防并发症的发生。结果：59例患者中治愈55例，死亡2例，放弃治疗2例。结论：机械通气中规范的气道管理与监护是危重患者抢救成功的关键，所以在护理过程中必须严密观察病情，及时清除呼吸道分泌物，加强气道湿化，使氧疗有效进行，控制感染，减少并发症，提高生存质量。
目的：探討機械通氣患者的氣道管理及護理措施，預防呼吸機相關併髮癥的髮生，提高生存質量。方法：對59例行機械通氣患者的氣道進行規範的管理與鑑護，做好病情鑑測，保持氣道通暢，預防併髮癥的髮生。結果：59例患者中治愈55例，死亡2例，放棄治療2例。結論：機械通氣中規範的氣道管理與鑑護是危重患者搶救成功的關鍵，所以在護理過程中必鬚嚴密觀察病情，及時清除呼吸道分泌物，加彊氣道濕化，使氧療有效進行，控製感染，減少併髮癥，提高生存質量。
목적：탐토궤계통기환자적기도관리급호리조시，예방호흡궤상관병발증적발생，제고생존질량。방법：대59례행궤계통기환자적기도진행규범적관리여감호，주호병정감측，보지기도통창，예방병발증적발생。결과：59례환자중치유55례，사망2례，방기치료2례。결론：궤계통기중규범적기도관리여감호시위중환자창구성공적관건，소이재호리과정중필수엄밀관찰병정，급시청제호흡도분비물，가강기도습화，사양료유효진행，공제감염，감소병발증，제고생존질량。
Objective:To investigate the airway management and nursing measures of patients with mechanical ventilation,to prevent ventilator-associated complications,in order to improve the quality of life.Methods:Standardized management and monitoring for airway of 59 cases with mechanical ventilation,to monitor and maintain airway patency,in order to prevented the occurrence of complications.Results:In 59 cases,55 cases were cured.2 cases died.2 cases gave up treatment.Conclusion:Standardized airway management and monitoring for mechanical ventilation is the key to successful rescue of critically ill patients, so patients condition must be observed strictly in the nursing process,clear the respiratory tract secretion timely,strengthen airway humidification,and make sure the oxygen therapy can go on effectively,control infection,and reduce the complications,in order to improve the survival quality.
