为缩减燃煤电厂 CO2的排放量,利用氨水在填料塔内喷淋吸收模拟烟气中的 CO2,完成了对 CO2连续脱除的实验研究。分别研究氨水浓度、CO2体积浓度、模拟烟气温度、吸收液pH值、进气口气体流量等因素对CO2脱除效率的影响。实验结果表明: CO2脱除效率随氨水浓度的增大而增大;随 CO2体积浓度的增大而减小;随吸收液pH的减小,CO2脱除效率不断降低;当模拟烟气温度从35~40℃时CO2脱除率逐渐升高,从40~45℃反而降低;进气口气体流量越大,CO2脱除效率越低。与喷淋塔相比,填料塔更能提高脱除效率。

For the purpose of reducing CO2 emissions from coal-fired power plants, the experimental research on continuous CO2 removal from simulated flue gas were completed, by spraying absorption in a packed column with ammonia as the absorbent. The effects of mass fraction of ammonia solution, CO2 concentration, temperature, pH, inlet gas flow rate and other factors on CO2 removal efficiency were investigated. The results show that CO2 removal efficiency increases with the increase of mass fraction of ammonia solution, but decreases with the increase of CO2 concentration. With the decrease of pH, CO2 removal efficiency decreases continuously. The removal efficiency gradually increases from 35℃ to 40℃ but decreases from 40℃ to 45℃. The higher the inlet gas flow rate is, the lower the CO2 removal efficiency will be. Compared with spray towers, packed towers are better in improving CO2 removal efficiency.
