为了提高同时测定食品中砷、硒和汞3种元素含量的速度,采用一次性消解样品后用HG-AFS法连续完成测定食品中3种元素含量的新方法。在选定的最佳试验条件下测得Se、As、Hg的RSD分别为:3.7%,2.8%,和4.7%;回收率分别为:95.0%、102.0%和91.9%;采用该法和国标法对同一样品进行比较测定,结果经t值检验P>0.05,差别无显著性。该法具有快速、简单、准确性好,和国标法分别消解样品相比,有一次性消解样品,可连续完成测定3种元素含量,操作简单,快速,节省试剂,工作效率高等优点,值得推广应用。

The aim was to improve the efficiency of measuring the weight of Se, As and Hg in food. The continuous determination of one-time digestion was used to measure the weight of Arsenic, Selenium and Mercury in food. Under selected best experimental environment, the RSD of Se, As, Hg were measured as 3.7%, 2.8% and 4.7% respectively; the recovery rates were measured as 95.0%, 102.0% and 91.9%. When applied this method and National Standard Method to measure the same sample, there was no significant difference between two results as both results’t-value test showed P>0.05. This new method was fast, simple and accurate. Compared to National Standard Method, when disposable digestion samples were available, the measurement of three elements could be done continuously. It only required simple, fast operations and also reduced reagent consumption. The above-mentioned advantages made it worthy of promotion and use.
