The citizenization of land expropriated farmers reflects in profession and identity. Based on the two dimensions, “the three level” analysis framework is built to explain the plight of the land expropriated farmers’ citizenization: the direct cause is the ability poverty because of resource replacement; the main reason is the chaos brought by the alternating of social structure; the fundamental reason is that the peasants’ citizenization lags behind the lands’ citizenization. These three factors lead to the plight of land expropriated farmers’ citizenization.
