在经济全球化浪潮下，我国企业持续发展必然走出国门，开展海外直接投资。自2000年中国正式提出“走出去”的战略后，我国企业拥有规模优势、技术相对优势、资源优势、制度优势等传统海外投资优势，投资发展迅速；然而，随着国际经济环境的变化，企业曾经依赖的“传统优势”已发生改变。在国内市场国际化、信息全球化、资源全球化的新投资环境下，我国企业必须转变FDI优势，开展国际竞争。

Under the economic globalization, to realize sustainable development, the enterprises must go abroad, and carry out overseas direct investment.
