随着煤矿综采机械化程度的提高,矿井的原煤产量、安全生产运转周期、经济效益等都得到了很大的提高。产量提高的同时,原有的生产运输系统需要随之进行调整和改善。本文从发现溜煤槽堵煤这一问题入手,确定了四种解决问题的方案,对这些方案进行分析和比较后,把原有的主溜煤槽更换为翻板式可活动的溜煤槽,大大减少了溜煤槽的堵煤次数,为矿井生产创造了可观的经济效益。

With the increasing of mechanization degree of fully-mechanized coal mining, the coal output, safe production running period and economic benefit have improved a lot. The original production and transportation system should be adjusted and modified with the increasing of output. Starting from the problem of chute blockage in coal transportation, this article confirms 4 solutions. Through analysis and comparison of these solutions, the original main coal drop is replaced by flap-type mobile coal drop, thus greatly reducing the chute blockage and creating remarkable economic benefit for the mine.
